尊敬的会员： 您好！感谢你们多年来对俱乐部的支持。龙苑俱乐部开业已经十年了，在此期间中国经济发生了巨大的变化。同时各项成本费用也大幅上升，仅水费一项在过去十年里国家收费标准已上调了300%，其他费用均有不同程度的增加。而龙苑俱乐部是在1997年开业时制订了月费交纳标准，此收费标准早已无法维持俱乐部的正常运行。为此，经俱乐部管理层多次讨论，决定自 Dear
Members： Thank you for your support to the club during the
past years。The Dragon Villas club has running for
over ten years now，during the past times the Chinese
economy has inflation，for the same reason，the expenses for self sustaining is
increased，The price of the water increased about
300%，other expenses all experienced growth
of different grades。In 1997 the club established a monthly
paying method，these fees can not cover the cost of
expenses for the club running anymore。For this reason，after the discussions of the club
administration, we decided that the fees will be re-adjusted，starting from 1st
of
June.2007。The adjusted Prices are as
